At, Tatvik Ayurveda, we take complete protection of your personal information such as name, address, contact number, date of birth, e-mail address, credit card number, gender, language, and merchandise category preferences, very seriously. 

The personal information collected from the customer (who provide it voluntarily) is used for the following purposes:

  • To successfully complete your transaction/purchase of the product.
  • To manage your membership wherever applicable. 
  • To comprehend and access our sales as per your requirements and preferences. 
  • To help you to partake in promotions, giveaways and challenges.
  • To easily process exchanges or product returns.
  • To respond to requests or complaints.

We may hold or process the personal information securely from anywhere in the world, for as long as it is essential for the purposes.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time you checkout and before you make the payment. 
  • Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email along with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. You can track the details of your order very easily.  
  • All orders are processed & packed within 24 working hours, but due to covid 19 situation expecting delay in the delivery of orders.
  • The delivery can be expected within 4-10 days and for remote location, it may take up to 12 working days for shipment delivery.
  • The probable delivery time depends on state to state and may vary. Order deliveries are made from 9am – 7pm on working days (days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are calculated as working days). In case of any delays, customers will be duly informed.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, products are not eligible for pick-up service. The customers have to send to the company address by themselves. 
  • Customer has to sign at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery, then please suggest any alternate person i.e., neighbour, family member, friends, colleagues etc. However, Tatvik Ayurveda is not responsible for the goods signed by any alternate person.
  • Tatvik Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage after delivery. 
  • Any complaint related to damage & shortage needs to be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
  • We have various payment options for smooth online payment transactions. Customers can opt for Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Google pay, Paytm and other wallets.
  • In case of ordering during the MEGA SALE event, kindly expect delays because of high volumes. Nonetheless, the orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 days from the date of order. 
  • It is also to be noted that you might get split shipment, which is completely normal as it means different parts of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse across the nation. Rest assured, you will only have to pay for the shipment/COD charges, as applicable.
  • We take due precautions on the safety of the packaging of products while dispatching them. The products are packed in boxes, where each product is bubble wrapped for security. 
  • We are not responsible for any damage post-delivery. We are also not accountable for any misplacement of the product post-delivery. 

Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation

  • Refund can be done only when the product is sold in a physically damaged condition. 
  • Tatvik Ayurveda can accept any return & exchange only in the case if incorrect product is delivered, in case the customer has received defective / damaged / wrong product replacement will be done only if the product is in an unused / intact / sealable and original condition and tags. 
  • Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
  • For return/refund/exchange, our quality assurance team first inspects the product. You will be notified once we receive the returned/exchanged item. If the return/exchange is accepted and passed by the quality assurance team, the customer will be notified via email and text. 
  • The mode of refund will be either be added in the Tatvik Ayurveda Wallet or can also be credited to the given bank account, which will be reflected within 2 weeks after approval of the refund. 
  • The shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • Orders are accepted for cancellation only within 24-hours of placing the order. Post this, customer won’t be able to cancel the product. Once the order has been dispatched, products are not eligible for pick-up service. The customers have to send to the company address by themselves.
